Camping!

We took the kids camping last weekend! Yes, real camping in a tent, albeit only 10 miles from home! Overall, it was a great experience and the perfect setting for a trial run with the kids and Nelly. We enjoyed some of your typical campaign fun ... playing in the tent, bonfire, smores, middle of the night walk to the bathroom, mini boxes of cereal for breakfast, and a good long hike. And some bonus fun ... a ride in Grandpa's "cool car" (according to Ava! It's actually a '58 Chevy), playing t-ball, and playing at the park. And we were very happy to get to spend the weekend with our family ... Grandma Kim, Grandpa Dave, Uncle Ian, Bre Rose, Aunt Jan, Uncle Roger and cousin Zappa!
