Although she's done many, many sessions of swimming lessons, it was her first official session as a jellyfin. We are so proud of her because very few three-year-olds are in this level and it is more common to be over four before starting that level. She really is a natural and extremely successful swimmer.
Last Friday Ava started preschool! She is doing a really neat program through the Lakeville school district and we are so excited for all that she will learn! So far she has only done one class, that was more of an orientation, with me there. So, the true test of how comfortable she is there will be later this week when we drop her off for the first time!
And tonight Ava started dance class! Most of you that know Ava know she has been anticipating this day for over a year. The wait seemed to be worth it! Her class of mostly three-year-olds is, what the teacher calls, like "herding squirrels!" But Ava did great and attempted to do all of the moves the teacher showed them. She is VERY excited about her ballet and tap shoes too. I think she is going to love it!
