Ava's third birthday!

Three years ago our lives changed forever and in a way that we NEVER could have prepared ourselves for. Ava has brought us three years of delight, growth, amazement and lots and lots of love. Time is flashing by before our eyes and we’re doing our best to savor every moment.

This year Ava was so lucky to have TWO (princess!) parties to celebrate her big day … one with her friends and one with our families. She enjoyed crafts, a piñata, playing dress up and lots of screams of delight with her little friends. And with our families we had a nice dinner and opened even more gifts!

On her actual birthday, Ava got to have a chocolate chip pancake breakfast, go to the Mall of America for rides and lunch at Rainforest Cafe with Grandma and Grandpa, play outside and ride her new bike, and go to swimming lessons. That is one jam-packed FUN third birthday!
