Road trip!

We took our first long, family road trip this weekend to Omaha. We were only away for two nights and had the entire back of our SUV filled. It is quite amazing how much stuff such a little person requires. My dad made a good point when he was helping us unload the truck ... he wonders how we're going to manage our trip to San Diego in November since we cannot bring that much stuff when we're flying. Good question ... ?!

Mike's cousin Kelly got married, so we got to see a lot of his family and had a really great time. Ava especially liked hanging with Pops and Nana, sitting outside for the ceremony, swimming in the hotel pool and learning how to drive with Daddy during our pit stop. We were pleasantly surprised at what a good little traveler she is!
