'Tis the season

Our Christmas festivities have begun! Last weekend we decorated the house, complete with Ava's very own mini tree in her room (she is just as crazy about Christmas as I am!!). Today we went to Lakeville's Holiday on Main Christmas celebration with the Danielsons to watch a dance recital, have a cookie from Santa, write letters to Santa, get faces painted, and visit Santa and his reindeer. And then we went to pick out our Christmas tree which we'll decorate tomorrow!

Ava was mesmerized by watching the "big girls" dance and was not shy at all with Santa and told him that she wants "a princess phone, camera and Pocahontas doll" for Christmas. Liam was NOT a fan of Santa, but loved coloring a Christmas picture and dancing to the carolers. It's the most wonderful time of the year!
